The Hike

On Monday we took a hike with some "Natives" (Nathan-born in Utah but grew up in Saipan and Limpson- born in Palau) up a mountain and into a cave where if you can fit down a small hole......you will see a human skull and femur. On the way back down the mountain it started to rain and rain hard it did. It was quite a hike but there were a lot of WWII weapons and ammunition left there.

Jadi (sounds like Yadi) if from Finland and he is the one with the baby on the back. Her name is Laylau. Richard who is from Burma (Myanmar) is also in the picture next to Jadi. It was quite a hike.
In front with green shirt is Jadi's wife Chantalla, then Richard in the white, Me, Limpson in the blue shirt, Lisa in the pink and Elizabeth (from China) in the black. This is so illegal in the states. Jadi and baby are in the front.
Hey, look what I found. Little do you know that this guy is very strong. It took all I had to hold it's pincher together.
This is the opening to the cave that we had to repel down to get to the small opening where the skull and femur were. Me with Richard.

I am climbing down to the small opening where the human bones are. It was quite a climb.
